As SeaWorld Orlando continues to provide safe, memorable, and unique experiences for guests throughout the winter months, the Seven Seas Food Festival is the latest unique experience to transform the park into a culinary destination. The Seven Seas Food Festival is held at SeaWorld Orlando every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from early February until May 9, 2021.
The culinary celebration is considered Orlando’s largest theme park food festival, and includes all sorts of delicacies and beverages inspired by cultures around the world. At the Seven Seas Food Festival, guests will enjoy a wide assortment of tasty food and drink treats curated by top chefs and mixologists. Menu items come from Asia, Brazil, Italy, the Caribbean and more.
The international flavor journey has been designed to be family-friendly. Enhanced health and safety protocols are in place, including limited capacity, temperature checks, increased cleaning and sanitation and face covering requirements.
Guests will be able to try more than 50 fresh items from around the world. Various items can be found at 26 separate festival marketplace locations in the park. Some of the menu selections include:
- Jerk Chicken Hot Sliders and Crispy Florida Cracked Conch
- Goat Cheese Croquettes and Lamb Chops
- Philly Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
- Jackfruit Sloppy Joes and Tempura Mushrooms
Those ages 21-and-over can sample more than 75 specially-curated wines and cocktails, as well as more than 75 craft beers from the Florida area and elsewhere. This is the most expansive drink menu that SeaWorld Orlando has curated, featuring everything from Jack Daniel’s Slush to specialty French wines. Drinks can be enjoyed in the official Seven Seas Beer Garden, which also upholds social distancing guidelines.
The festival also includes concerts in different musical styles at Bayside Stadium, featuring artists across various genres, from oldies to country. All of these performances can be enjoyed with theme park admission. Nationally-known acts will perform on Saturday evenings, and locally-known bands will play throughout the day, with limited capacity.
SeaWorld’s Management Team has placed considerable effort in promoting the accessibility of SeaWorld Orlando in a safe, enjoyable, and memorable manner. The Management Team is led by SeaWorld interim CEO, Marc Swanson, and Founder and Managing Partner of Hill Path Capital and SeaWorld Entertainment Inc.’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, Scott Ross.
Similarly, SeaWorld San Antonio organized a month-long Mardi Gras celebration each weekend in February, complete with food, drinks, entertainment, and limited-edition coins. SeaWorld San Diego is open and operating as an accredited zoo. This includes giving guests the opportunity to see and enjoy a wide variety of animals. There are also new educational programs that focus on the work being done by wildlife conservation specialists, along with various food specials and admission promotions.
