Regardless if you have a hot female sidekick on your arm, you’ll be just as cool with the new mini MINOX Digital SpyCam (DSC). It has a sneaky and sleek minimalist design and just a little larger than your finger, and weighs about 2 ounces.

Packed into the DSC are five million pixels, easily akin to standard digital camera on the market, and can record both video clips and still photos.

Additional specs include it’s super bright viewfinder, optimal focus range and nanosecond shutter speed, allowing you to take shots in any situation and any condition.

In addition to the 128MB internal memory, the image data can be saved on a micro SD memory card up to 16GB.

But if that’s not enough, add to your spy gear with their MINOX Spy Sunglasses 180, with mirror-coated lenses that reflect everything behind you, allowing you to have makeshift eyes in the back of your head. But don’t worry, they’ll protect your peepers with their UV protection.

Spy tips from MINOX:

1. Always take along your DSC wherever you go.
This tiny DSC does not need much space.

2. Take your pictures with the DSC at any time of day and night.
Every moment is a unique moment. Try to capture it with your DSC.

3. Try the quick pull-and-shoot.
It is not necessary to look through the view finder of your DSC when you want to take a picture. The motto is “try it out” and with a little luck you will get fascinating snapshots.

4. The closer, the better.
There are things you just need to approach very close. A laugh, fascinating eyes, pretty hair…

5. Don’t think when taking a picture.
Just capture everything that comes in front of your DSC. Of use or of no use? Pretty or ugly? This is the decision of the DSC-Community only!

6. Hurry up. Before it is too late!
Don’t care about adjustment, light, view etc. Simply press the release.

7. Don’t leave it to chance.
You don’t always need to know in advance what’s on the photograph. Keep your chin up!

8. And if you later forget,
What you have shot the other day, it is really not that much of a problem at all!

9. Become a MINOX agent!
Load your pictures onto the DSC website and present them to the community.

10. Don’t keep to the rules!
Forget all the rules and take pictures as YOU like.

Check it out at license-to-shoot.com

Casio Master of G Gulfman G-Shock
$130; gshock.com

These rust-resistant watches are built with a combination of stainless steel and resin for utmost durability. True to its name, the shock-resistant design can last through any activity in any environment, and it has a comfortable band, to boot. Regardless if you’ll never use all of the extras (like it’s moon graph), the bright orange hue makes it a little cooler than anything else.

Nike Triax Speed 300
$110; nike.com/timing

Many of Nike’s watches are designed with a smooth S-shape, easier to read while you’re on the run – literally. This watch is designed for the runner or triathlete in mind, with a 300-lap chronograph, five-segment interval timer, and 100m water resistance, the ventilated strap and simple style make it also easy for everyday wear.

Polar FT60
$240, polarusa.com

Polar’s Fitness line is designed to be a personal trainer attached to your wrist. A fitness test measures your level of ability, then helps design a training program to reach your goals. Basic Polar features – such as calories burned and measured heart rate – are added to give you that extra oomph in while working out. And it comes in a pretty fuchsia if your girlfriend wants to match.

Timex Expedition E-Tide Temp Compass
$170; timex.com

For the ultimate adventurer, this watch combines elegance and engineering. Featuring a tide tracker, electronic compass, and temperature sensor, it flows past any form of water-proof watch. A push of a button is all you need to switch from sleek style to functional framework – perfect for those times you suddenly find yourself lost at sea.

Garmin Forerunner 405
$300; garmin.com

Garmin’s quality GPS products are packed inside their training watch. Loaded with extras, the customizable Forerunner can monitor time, speed, distance, heart rate, and calories, then with a touch of a button, wireless send it to your computer. Because it stores each run, you can analyze the data to see how you are doing. Easy to use – you just tap the screen instead of pressing buttons – you can also share your info with other 405 users – a perfect excuse for your running buddies to buy them all together to add a little friendly competition.

This is one of them.

Imagine waking up in the morning and having a whole gourmet breakfast waiting for you? And we don’t mean one of those coffee makers attached to alarm clocks (although those are cool, too). We mean the whole she-bang: fresh juice, coffee, toast, and condiments – complete with a spoon for serving them.

We we did imagine this. Imagined it a lot. And now we’re a little disappointed, but, you’re welcome to indulge in the fantasies, too.

Designed by some clever French folks, the Wake Up Alarm replaced any thought of slamming snooze with a warm and waiting breakfast. Instead of setting just the alarm, you also plug in your order and load everything in their slots.

Check it out at yankodesign.com

Not so slick on snapping shots? No problem. Sony’s five new Cyber Shot cameras have added a feature that automatically adjusts the settings to grant you the best possible shot.

The new intelligent auto mode gives users picture-perfect shots regardless of your expertise (or lack thereof). Without having to give it a thought, it can detect scene conditions and adjust to the correct settings. Skin tones, closed eyes, dim lighting, image blur, and red eye can be fixed without a fumble over the buttons.

Karim Noblecilla, Senior Product Marketing Manager in Sony Electronics’ Digital Imaging Division explained in the press release, “You can go from a walk in the park to taking pictures of a flower and then back to beautiful landscapes or indoor birthday parties, and the camera will know what to do to get the best shot.” We say you can go out for beers with your rugby team after winning a tournament and have some clear shots to capture the event.

The new mode is a mixture of three types of tech: Intelligent Scene Recognition (iSCN) detects up to eight scenes and recognizes conditions for best settings; Face Detection adjusts focus for up to eight faces; and Blink Detection fixes closed eyes by taking two shots at once.

The cameras also feature the shake preventing Optical SteadyShot, and Smile Shutter, which instantly detects and captures smiles.

Each model features wide and full-screen movie recording; the T900 model also has a stereo microphone. All five can take advantage of the Bundled Picture Motion Browser (PMB) software, which has innovative features, such as organizing images by event, smile, or face. You can upload photos directly to the web.
